Great location close to everything, super affordable for a quick trip. Free breakfast was a nice touch and the staff was really friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy enough. Just wish the bathroom wasn’t so outdated and cramped. some noisy folks were hanging outside our door at night.

the location is convenient, right off the interstate, and the staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. the room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of my vehicle from the window and easy access to exits and entries. the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and well-maintained.

Continental breakfast fantastic, well-staffed and clean. Friendly front desk ladies, excellent customer service. Clean, spacious room with fridge and microwave.
Felt extremely welcome, no complaint.

I chose Inn And Suites solely for its proximity to Red River Zoo, a place I've long wanted to visit. But I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of local activities and great restaurants offered by the hotel. The complimentary deluxe hot breakfast served from 6:00 AM-10:00 AM was a delightful start to my days, and the 24-hour fitness center was a convenient perk.
